Independence square, Montevideo, Uruguay

Another card from a South American country to add to my collection: Uruguay! This card shows various views of the Independence square in Montevideo. Known as Plaza Independencia in Spanish, this is Montevideo's most important plaza.

The stamp used on the card was issued on 8th March 2013 as part of a set of 2 (I think) on the theme of rural workers' right. This on over here shows a horseman. The other one can be found here.
