Help identify this please!

Hello everyone! As mentioned, I am a collector of stamps. I have this stamp here in my collection that I cannot identify:


I'd be grateful to anyone who could help identify this stamp. I need details such as its country of origin and when it was published. In return, I could send you a postcard from Singapore for your help! :)

    Hi there! From the postmark, it looks like it might say "Manama", which is the capital of Bahrain. Not really able to offer any more help though, I'm afraid. Good luck! :-)

    Oh, WaxonDanielsan is right! In fact, the Stanley Gibbons stamp catalog has identified it as a Bahrain war tax stamp :)

    I don't need a postcard but do let me know if you'd like to do something geeky like compare stamps to see which ones we lack from our sets! (I feel like a primary school kid LOL)
