This card here shows the Knesset Menorah in Israel. It was built by Benno Elkan, a British-Jewish sculptor who worked on it for 6 years. The Parliament of the United Kingdom gave it to Israel in 1956. It looks pretty cool with all those engravings on it!
The stamp on the top is from a set of 2 issued on
5th November 2012 as part of a joint issue with India. I can't find much information about the other stamp, but I'll update accordingly when I do :).
